Description
KorrAI is on a mission to reinvent the System of Record for mining operations. We’re building the KorrAI Mine Agent—an AI-driven platform that consolidates geospatial and operational data, delivers shift briefings, explains root causes, and scales across mine sites to provide multi-site oversight.
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to help craft intuitive, explainable interfaces that surface AI agent insights—from retrieval of operational facts to causal reasoning outputs—in a way that builds trust and empowers decision-making.
What you’ll work on:
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for interacting with AI agent outputs—including shift briefings, causal insights, and multi-site dashboards.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate complex AI models (knowledge graphs, causal reasoning workflows) into human-centred designs.
- Develop interactive prototypes for testing and feedback.
- Ensure explainability and traceability are central to the user experience—surfacing how insights were generated (e.g., source data, reasoning steps).
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of UI/UX experience, preferably with AI-driven products or data-heavy platforms.
- Exposure to designing interfaces for AI agents or knowledge-based systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing simplification of complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Familiarity with geospatial data or operational systems is a plus (but not required).
Why join KorrAI?
- Work on a first-of-its-kind AI agent for mining operations—designed to bring clarity, causality, and confidence to high-stakes industries.
- Collaborate with a mission-driven, technical team at the cutting edge of AI, geospatial intelligence, and operational risk.
- Help shape the user experience for decision-makers—from site superintendents to Directors of Tailings.
